1. Scope
Nimyo is a personal finance management app. This policy covers local use and optional account sign-in and cloud synchronization. Using Nimyo without signing in does not upload your financial data to Nimyo servers.

2. Data we process
Locally, Nimyo stores information you enter, including workspaces, transactions, balances, financial periods, categories, tags, vault accounts, debts, goals, recurring rules, and settings. When you sign in, we process your account identifier, email address or phone number, optional display name, and session information. Cloud sync also processes this financial data and operational records such as device and operation identifiers, sync state, timestamps, deletion records, and conflicts.
3. Sign-in and cloud sync
When sync is available for your account, Nimyo exchanges account data with its cloud service to keep authorized devices consistent. If local data already exists, the app asks before uploading it or replacing it with cloud data. Signing out ends the device session and sync; it does not delete cloud data.
4. Account data and passwords
Supabase Auth verifies your credentials. Nimyo does not store your password as plaintext in its application database. If you enable Remember Me, authentication session information is retained on your device until you sign out or it expires.
5. Service provider and tracking
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and realtime synchronization services. Supabase processes cloud data and technical connection information on our behalf. Data may be processed outside your country depending on hosting and service providers. Read the Supabase Privacy Notice. Nimyo contains no advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, or tracking tools, and we do not sell personal or financial data.
6. Local storage and exported files
Nimyo uses a local application database and preferences. It does not request broad access to your photos or files. System file pickers provide access only to destinations or files you select. Exported Nimyo backups are encrypted with the password you choose; you are responsible for protecting the password and exported files.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections and account access controls. Local protection also depends on your device lock, operating system, and account security. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free.
8. Retention and deletion
Delete permanently in Nimyo through Settings → Account → Delete account and data. After password verification, this deletes the sign-in identity, synchronized financial data, account settings, sync records, and account-related data on the current device, then signs you out. If you cannot access the app, use our account deletion page to request cloud account deletion by email or WhatsApp. We verify ownership and complete requests within 7 days after verification. A remote request cannot erase files or app data stored only on your device. Exported reports and backups must be deleted by you. Nimyo retains no operational copy after deletion; limited security logs or infrastructure backups managed by Supabase may remain according to its plan and policies.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy when Nimyo or its service providers change. The latest text and update date will remain available on this page and inside the app.

١. نطاق السياسة
نميو تطبيق لإدارة الأموال الشخصية. تشمل هذه السياسة الاستخدام المحلي وتسجيل الدخول والمزامنة السحابية الاختيارية. استخدام نميو من دون تسجيل الدخول لا يرفع بياناتك المالية إلى خوادم نميو.
٢. البيانات التي نعالجها
يحفظ نميو محلياً ما تدخله من مساحات عمل ومعاملات وأرصدة وفترات مالية وتصنيفات ووسوم وحسابات خزنة وديون وأهداف وقواعد متكررة وإعدادات. عند تسجيل الدخول نعالج معرّف الحساب والبريد أو الهاتف والاسم المعروض الاختياري ومعلومات الجلسة. وتعالج المزامنة هذه البيانات المالية وسجلات التشغيل مثل معرّفات الجهاز والعمليات وحالة المزامنة والتواريخ وسجلات الحذف والتعارض.
٣. تسجيل الدخول والمزامنة
عندما تكون المزامنة متاحة لحسابك، يتبادل نميو بيانات الحساب مع الخدمة السحابية للمحافظة على اتساق الأجهزة المصرح بها. إذا وجدت بيانات محلية سابقة، يطلب التطبيق قرارك قبل رفعها أو استبدالها ببيانات السحابة. تسجيل الخروج ينهي الجلسة والمزامنة على الجهاز ولا يحذف البيانات السحابية.
٤. بيانات الحساب وكلمة المرور
يتولى Supabase Auth التحقق من بيانات الدخول. لا يحفظ نميو كلمة المرور كنص صريح في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق. عند تفعيل تذكّر الدخول، تبقى معلومات الجلسة على جهازك إلى أن تسجل الخروج أو تنتهي صلاحيتها.
٥. مقدم الخدمة والتتبع
نستخدم Supabase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والمزامنة الفورية؛ وتعالج البيانات السحابية ومعلومات الاتصال التقنية نيابةً عنا. قد تُعالج البيانات خارج بلدك بحسب الاستضافة ومقدمي الخدمة. راجع إشعار خصوصية Supabase. لا يتضمن نميو إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل سلوكي أو تتبعاً لأطراف ثالثة، ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أو المالية.
٦. التخزين المحلي والملفات المصدرة
يستخدم نميو قاعدة بيانات وتفضيلات محلية ولا يطلب وصولاً عاماً إلى صورك أو ملفاتك. يمنح منتقي النظام وصولاً فقط إلى الملف أو الوجهة التي تختارها. تُشفّر نسخ نميو الاحتياطية بكلمة المرور التي تختارها، وأنت مسؤول عن حمايتها وحماية الملفات المصدرة.
٧. الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات مشفرة وضوابط وصول تفصل الحسابات. تعتمد الحماية المحلية أيضاً على قفل جهازك ونظام تشغيله وأمان حسابك. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل آمنة بالكامل.
٨. الاحتفاظ والحذف
احذف نهائياً من الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب والبيانات. بعد التحقق من كلمة المرور، يُحذف حساب الدخول والبيانات المالية المتزامنة وإعدادات الحساب وسجلات المزامنة وبيانات الحساب على الجهاز الحالي، ثم يُسجل خروجك. إذا تعذر الوصول إلى التطبيق فاستخدم صفحة حذف الحساب لطلب حذف الحساب السحابي عبر البريد أو واتساب. نتحقق من الملكية وننفذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام بعد التحقق. لا يستطيع الطلب الخارجي محو الملفات أو بيانات التطبيق الموجودة على جهازك فقط. عليك حذف التقارير والنسخ المصدرة بنفسك. لا يحتفظ نميو بنسخة تشغيلية بعد الحذف؛ وقد تبقى مدة محدودة سجلات أمنية أو نسخ بنية تحتية يديرها Supabase وفق خطته وسياساته.
٩. تغييرات السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغير نميو أو مقدمي خدماته. يبقى آخر نص وتاريخ تحديث متاحين في هذه الصفحة وداخل التطبيق.
